Cancellation Policy

Your appointment with me is reserved specifically for you and is 1-2-1. I therefore ask that you inform me a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. You will lose your deposit if you fail to to this. Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments are required to be paid in full. Any future appointments will be cancelled unless your fees are cleared. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. All deposits are none refundable. Your deposit will allow you to reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This is only allowed once.

Patch Testing

For lashes we offer a patch test upon request but advise a reaction may still occur. We have dealt with only an incredibly small amount of reactions in our years and we are fully trained on how to deal with a reaction. We apply extensions in a safe way to ensure the risks are minimal. Patch tests are non negotiable for certain treatments.

Any questions please ask.

Child Policy

I love (most)children, however, for their safety I do ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment. The salon has many sharp objects and chemicals that can be very harmful.

I aim to provide a relaxing and safe environment for everyone. I cannot ensure the safety of your little ones. I can not perform treatments and supervise children. I am NOT insured to have any children under 16 in the clinic.

I also love that you can have a treatment and not be 'mum' for a while, you might even get a cheeky nap in!

I hope you understand this and I really appreciate your cooperation.

Cookies & Tracking Tools

A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, whilst some browsers allow you to reject just third party cookies. For example, in Internet Explorer you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block all cookies” using the sliding selector. Blocking all cookies will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites, including this one.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store this information. Google's privacy policy is available at: www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.

(b) in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
(c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
(d) to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset that we are (or are contemplating) selling; and
(e) to any person who we reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of that personal information where, in our reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.

Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.

Security of your Personal Information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your data. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

Retention of Data

We retain data that you provide to us as long as we consider it necessary for working with you, if you have subscribed to our newsletter or blog, or as needed to comply with any legal obligations, and then we will securely delete your data. We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law. We may also refuse nuisance requests, where a person requests their data excessively on multiple occasions without legitimate reason.

You have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You may instruct us not to process your data by sending an email to us or unsubscribing at any time.
